Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist with strong skills in lead generation, relationship building, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
The successful candidate will join a fast-growing Arab technology company, playing a key role in building and expanding the company's initial client base.
Responsibilities - Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through continuous market research and analysis.
- Execute lead generation strategies using digital tools, direct outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and participation in exhibitions.
- Engage with potential clients, introduce the company and its services, and coordinate or conduct introductory meetings.
- Lead the full sales cycle - from presentation and negotiation to contract preparation and closing deals.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling.
- Utilize CRM tools to document and analyze client data and business opportunities.
- Prepare regular performance reports, deal progress updates, and revenue forecasts.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth post sale implementation.
Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales within the technology, cloud services, or software sectors.
- Proven track record in lead generation and deal closure.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic (required) and English (preferred).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, startup environment with flexibility and independence.
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive.
- Good understanding of SaaS solutions or business intelligence technologies is a plus.
