Business Development Trainee

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Job Type: Internship (3 Months) leading to Full-Time Role

Stipend: ₹15,000/month (Fixed) + Performance Incentives up to ₹10,000/month

Full-Time Package: ₹4.5 LPA (Fixed) after successful completion of internship

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand business development strategies to drive client acquisition and business growth
• Assist in lead generation, client outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities
• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and customer requirements
• Support in planning, execution, and performance tracking of various business development initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Operations to achieve business goals
• Develop strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills through structured training and practical exposure
