Job Description:

• Internship Duration: 3 months

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Trainee to join our dynamic team. This internship will offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the mechanical engineering industry while contributing to our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should be a proactive learner with a passion for sales, marketing, business development and engineering would be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape followed by generating leads and opportunities.
• Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
• Help manage social media accounts and create engaging content to enhance our online presence.
• Collaborate with team members to organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
