Business Director - Content

We’re looking for a senior content leader who can elevate our product, inspire teams, and drive innovation across global brands. You’ll work closely with the Head of Content to shape the future of our content practice strengthening delivery, growing the business, and building a brilliant team culture.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Strategy & Transformation vertical across business development, delivery, and team leadership.
• Grow the business through smart client acquisitions, strong relationships, and new revenue opportunities.
• Audit client/agency relationships to identify opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
• Build playbooks, frameworks, and tools that raise our craft and streamline ways of working.
• Partner with agency and global content leaders for product evolution and capability building.
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation across the practice.

• Build content strategies rooted in insight, creativity, and business impact—across social, digital, creators, partnerships, and production.
• Turn briefs into content-led solutions that solve real business and brand challenges.
• Ensure best-in-class delivery across all phases of content production.
• Help create work that sets new standards and gets noticed.

Business & Operations

• Make smart commercial decisions—pricing models, revenue forecasting, profitability.
• Improve operational efficiency through tools, platforms, and tight processes.
• Lead hiring, development, performance, and succession planning for your team.

Leadership & Mindset

• Inspire through clear vision, storytelling, and grounded leadership.
• Build strong relationships across clients and internal teams.
• Solve problems quickly, calmly, and strategically.
• Mentor and grow talent while championing collaboration and positive culture.

What You Bring

• 12+ years in content/digital strategy with strong client leadership.
• A track record of building standout, insight-led content strategies.
• Strong commercial and operational thinking.
• Ability to work fast, stay sharp, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to all levels.
• PowerPoint & Excel wizardry is a plus.
• Native Arabic talents would be highly preferred
