Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and strengthen relationships with existing partners. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales or recruitment agency business development, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with companies seeking recruitment or HR outsourcing services.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication and account management.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored business proposals and presentations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and partnership targets.
  • Represent the company in online and in-person meetings, networking events, and industry forums.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and client acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently or in a remote environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
