Business Enablement Coordinator – Early Career ( UAE National)

Our q-commerce concept, talabat mart (121 Stores), now delivers groceries to customers in Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and the UAE in 30 minutes or less! About the Role:
Kickstart your career with hands-on experience in business operations and coordination. As a Business Enablement Coordinator, you’ll support multiple teams, help streamline processes, and gain exposure to real business projects that build your professional skills for the long term.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate workflows and support day-to-day operational tasks.

• Assist in data management, reporting, and document preparation.

• Collaborate on cross-functional projects to understand business operations.

• Learn best practices in business processes, team coordination, and project execution.

• Receive mentorship and guidance to develop your career in operations and business support.

• Emirati candidates with a valid family book
• Recent High School or University graduates
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and interested in full-time roles after training.
Comfortable using MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
