Summary: As a Business Function Implementation Lead, you will plan and lead the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to enhance overall performance. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are met, conducting process analysis, and facilitating the design or redesign of organizational structures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and drive consensus among stakeholders. - Monitor and evaluate the implementation process to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Model Strategy. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in change management and organizational development. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Proficient in project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of initiatives. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Business Model Strategy. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
