Key Accountability Areas Key Activities
Market & Opportunity Analysis
• Support in conducting market research to identify trends, technologies, and customer needs.
• Support in competitor benchmarking against leading international ANSPs.
• Support exploration of non-regulated markets aligned with SANS’s strengths.
• Help develop market entry strategies and customer segmentation.
Business Development and Partnerships
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Assist in benchmark competitors and explore new market opportunities.
• Assist in creating business strategies and business cases with revenue and cost estimates.
• Support in Identify potential partners in aviation and support negotiations for agreements.
• Support the representation of SANS at industry events to enhance visibility.
Funding Support
• Help evaluate funding options for new projects.
• Assist in creating investment proposals.
Policies, Processes and Procedures
• Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes taking
into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity
improvement
QALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge and Experience
• Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive experience in business development, business strategy, corporate development, or strategic partnerships, preferably within the aviation, aerospace, telecommunications, or high-tech industries.
Education and Certifications
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is required
