Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand current trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Use data analytics tools to gather insights about market behavior, customer preferences, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights on potential growth areas, emerging markets, and customer segments.

Business Strategy Development

  • Work closely with senior management to define short-term and long-term business growth objectives.
  • Develop strategic plans and business models for new growth opportunities, including market expansion, product diversification, and partnerships.
  • Assist in the development of go-to-market strategies and business plans for new initiatives.

Financial & Performance Analysis

  • Analyze financial performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the company s growth trajectory and profitability.
  • Create detailed financial models to project the financial impact of new business initiatives, such as market expansion or product launches.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to assess the financial viability of growth opportunities and ensure alignment with budget and goals.

Growth Opportunity Identification

  • Identify potential business development opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions that align with the company s growth strategy.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify product or service gaps and propose new solutions.
  • Provide insights on customer acquisition strategies, pricing models, and distribution channels to enhance business performance.

Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor competitors activities and industry developments to stay ahead of market trends and identify areas where the company can differentiate itself.
  • Prepare detailed reports on competitors strategies, products, and market share to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Leverage competitive intelligence to recommend actions to strengthen the company s market position.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment on growth initiatives.
  • Prepare and present growth reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and actionable advice.
  • Track the performance of growth initiatives and report on progress, adjustments, and outcomes.
