To drive our next level of scale, we are seeking an Integrator—a strategic, execution-focused leader responsible for turning our vision into reality through operational excellence, accountability, and alignment.
Position Summary
The Integrator serves as the key business leader responsible for harmonizing all major functions of the organization and ensuring the company achieves its goals. This role partners directly with the Visionary (CEO) to translate vision into strategy, drive execution, and maintain organizational traction. The Integrator will lead the leadership team, oversee core business functions, and ensure operational consistency and scalability across the company.
This is a high-impact role for a results-oriented leader who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and can balance strategic thinking with disciplined execution.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Alignment
- Serve as the primary partner to the Visionary, translating long-term goals and ideas into clear, actionable plans.
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable the leaders of all major functions (Service Delivery, Projects, Sales, Finance, and Administration).
- Drive organizational clarity and alignment through consistent communication, meeting rhythms, and accountability structures.
- Maintain harmony and effective collaboration within the leadership team, ensuring all departments work toward shared objectives.
Execution and Traction
- Own and lead the EOS process, including L10 meetings, Scorecards, Rocks, IDS, and the Accountability Chart.
- Ensure the company is executing against quarterly and annual goals with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Establish and track key business metrics that reflect organizational health, performance, and scalability.
- Proactively identify and remove barriers to execution across the business.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring consistent delivery, efficiency, and profitability across all departments.
- Lead the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), reporting, and process improvements.
- Build and manage a strong management layer capable of executing the company’s vision at scale.
- Evaluate and optimize internal systems and tools (PSA, RMM, documentation platforms, dashboards) to support operational excellence.
Financial Management
- Partner with the CEO and finance team to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability targets.
- Monitor financial performance across service lines and ensure alignment between operational execution and financial goals.
- Drive continuous improvement in gross margins, utilization, and cost efficiency.
Growth Enablement
- Ensure the company’s operational infrastructure and leadership capacity can support growth from $4M to $10M+ in revenue.
- Oversee readiness for scaling through hiring plans, process automation, and system improvements.
- Support new service line development, acquisitions, and expansion initiatives as part of the strategic growth plan.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations or general management, preferably in an MSP or technology services environment.
- Proven success implementing EOS or similar business operating systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop leadership teams and drive accountability.
- Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability metrics.
- Experience building scalable operational structures and standardizing service delivery models.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Highly organized, data-driven, and capable of balancing strategic oversight with tactical execution.
