We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to help our organization make data-driven decisions. In this role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights that support business strategy, operations, and growth initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform data into meaningful business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to track business performance.
- Collect, process, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives, process improvements, and decision-making.
- Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency, revenue, and profitability.
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity, quality, and accessibility.
- Identify areas where data-driven insights can enhance business strategy and drive growth.
- Present findings, reports, and visualizations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 2-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
- Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) and data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Python/R).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
