About The Role
As our BI Manager, you’ll lead the design, development, and administration of enterprise BI platforms (Power BI/Tableau) and data warehouses. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact dashboards, uncover trends, and enable data-driven decision-making across the business.

About The Role
As our BI Manager, you’ll lead the design, development, and administration of enterprise BI platforms (Power BI/Tableau) and data warehouses. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact dashboards, uncover trends, and enable data-driven decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead BI solution design, dashboard wireframing, and development (Power BI/Tableau)
- Manage and maintain BI servers and enterprise data warehouses (Azure SQL, Snowflake, Databricks)
- Perform data exploration, trend analysis, and ad-hoc SQL reporting
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver insights
- Ensure QA/UAT processes and provide end-user training
- Troubleshoot BI issues and implement fixes

Drive proof-of-concept BI solutions for evolving business needs
Must-Have Technical Skills:
- 6+ years in Power BI/Tableau development & administration
- Strong SQL development and data modeling experience
- 4+ years in enterprise DWH environments (Azure SQL, Snowflake, Databricks)

Experience with Agile delivery, Visual Studio, GitHub
- Analytical thinking & problem-solving
- Strong communication & stakeholder management

- Python scripting
- Customer profiling & MDM experience
