Job Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Business Center Onboarding & Coordination::
Engage with business centers to facilitate their onboarding onto the Bisdesk platform.
Ensure accurate and timely listing of spaces, pricing, and content required for the AI agent to
function optimally.
Resolve any issues or gaps related to onboarding data that may affect AI interactions.
2. AI Agent Monitoring & Performance Management:
Monitor AI agent behavior, response accuracy, and engagement levels across the platform.
Identify system bugs, content gaps, or repetitive queries to continuously improve the AI
experience.
Liaise with the product/technical team for AI updates or training enhancements.
3. Sales Team Collaboration
Share and track leads generated by the AI agent with the sales team.
Work with sales to gather feedback on lead quality and update AI training data accordingly.
Help optimize workflows to convert AI-generated leads into sales opportunities.
4. Marketing Coordination
Coordinate with the marketing team to evaluate AI agent-driven engagement, conversions, and
campaign outcomes.
Support marketing in tailoring content and user prompts that align with AI behavior and
customer intent.
Provide feedback on top queries and customer intent signals for campaign planning.
5. Reporting & Insights
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on AI agent performance (lead volume, engagement,
conversion, drop-off points, etc.).
Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.
Recommend improvements based on data insights and team feedback.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field
2. 3+ years of experience in business operations, sales support, or platform management
3. Exposure to AI/chatbot systems, SaaS platforms, or CRM tools is a plus
4. Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills
5. Proficient in reporting and stakeholder management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
