Business Lead, Strategic Partnership & Growth - Data Centers

dormakaba is seeking a remote based Business Lead, Strategic Partnership & Growth - Data Centers. The individual is responsible for building and managing key relationships that support growth in the data center space. This role is part of the Access Control and Identity Management team and combines elements of sales, product strategy, and partner development to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and drive results. You will work closely with OEMs and other industry partners to develop joint initiatives, support product planning, and expand market reach.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $130,000 - $160,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Plus, an Annual Bonus. Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.
