Our North American Semiconductor group is searching for a Business and Materials Analyst in Austin, TX.

In this exciting role, you will:

• Supports in-depth analysis of all aspects of business operations, particularly sales and expense management.
• Supports the business operations by providing management with variance and forecasting tools.
• Develops budget and business performance metrics.
• Develops analysis pre/post financial close, variance analysis, inventory analysis and reporting, variance forecasting and planning, out-sales analysis, promotion modeling, and standard expense / budget analysis.
• Assists in the analysis and preparation of forecast, strategic planning, and annual operating plan.
• Prepares business analysis for various operation functions and explanations for monthly, quarterly, bi-annual results.

You will bring the following skills and knowledge:

• A solid, demonstrated understanding of core accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Proficient SAP skills are required.
• 4+ years of financial analysis experience
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills required (general proficiency with all other MS Office applications).
