We are looking to hire a strong, confident, talented and dynamic Business Office Manager-SNF to join our team at Divine Rehab and Nursing at Pearlview.

Responsibilities;

• Communicating with various levels of staff, having a belief in professional development, and enjoying solving problems as they arise.
• Responsible for the financial functions of the facility.
• Completes payroll responsibilities, new hire paperwork and orientation.
• Monitors billing and collection activities.
• Assures proper accounting procedures and controls are in place and followed.
• Analyzes collections on a monthly basis. Assesses level of bad debt reserves, reviews, and recommends write-offs.
• Maintains accurate and detailed personnel files and ensuring employee evaluations are completed timely.
• Ensures procedures are followed to achieve an accurate and timely closing at month's end.
• Verifies insurance on referrals
• Runs monthly MITS
• Attends and participates in team meetings regarding the length of stay, skilled needs, etc
