The Business Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across the refurbished laptop business, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, logistics, repair/refurbishment, and customer service teams. The role includes maintaining comprehensive operational reports, tracking key business metrics, and optimizing processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Reporting & Data Management
Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports for:
Sales performance and order funnel tracking
Customer database and engagement reports
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and replacement tracking
Delivery TAT (Turnaround Time) performance
Inventory movement (material inward/outward)
Freight forwarder costs and shipment details
Consolidate and analyze data from sales, warehouse, and service teams to generate management dashboards.
Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to management.
2. Sales Operations & Order Tracking
Track sales orders from booking to dispatch and delivery.
Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
Maintain sales pipeline/funnel data to forecast order volumes and delivery timelines.
Identify process gaps and delays; work with internal teams to resolve bottlenecks.
3. Logistics & Delivery Coordination
Work with freight forwarders and courier partners to track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain records of freight rates, vendor contracts, and shipment costs.
Monitor logistics performance and recommend cost-optimization measures.
Manage inward/outward materials flow between refurbishment centers, warehouses, and customers.
4. RMA & Service Coordination
Track and maintain all customer returns, repairs, and warranty claims.
Coordinate with technical/refurbishment teams for timely resolution.
Maintain an updated log of RMA reasons, TATs, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
5. Process Optimization & Compliance
Develop and improve operational SOPs for material handling, documentation, and reporting.
Ensure proper documentation for all inward/outward movements (GRNs, delivery challans, etc.).
Work with finance and procurement teams for reconciliation of material, freight, and billing data.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Accuracy and timeliness of operational reports
Delivery TAT adherence
Reduction in freight costs per shipment
RMA turnaround time improvemen
Order fulfillment rate and customer satisfaction scores
Data and document compliance rate

2–5 years of experience in business operations, logistics, or supply chain (preferably in electronics refurbishment, IT hardware, or e-commerce).
Very strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, ERP/CRM systems, and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
