We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Operations Project Manager to join our growing Business Operations team. In this role, you will support & manage strategic projects, navigate optimization of processes, and manage cross-functional initiatives to support the growth and operational excellence of our fast-paced organization. The ideal candidate brings expertise in retail operations - particularly in inventory planning, logistics or supply chain, a delivery-focused mindset, and experience managing and/or contributing to large-scale technology implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
:

Track and oversee cross-functional projects from initiation to execution, ensuring delivery excellence

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and communication strategies

Serve as the main point of contact for project updates, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, balancing technical and business perspectives

Partner with IT and external vendors to implement and integrate large-scale systems and tools.

Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users, translating business needs into technical requirements
Process Improvement & Optimization

Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.

Design and implement scalable solutions to support the organization’s rapid growth.

Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of process improvements
Retail Expertise

Leverage deep knowledge of retail operations & systems, particularly in logistics and supply chain, to enhance decision-making and operational strategies

Collaborate cross-functional product teams and operations teams to align systems and processes with business goals

Act as a thought partner with operations, logistics and tech teams
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
-
Previous experience in retail operations, particularly supply chain projects
-
Demonstrated success leading and/or contributing to large-scale technology implementations, such as ERP, PLM, or inventory management systems

Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written form
-
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, or a related field; PMP, Six Sigma or similar certifications a plus
