Business Planning Executive - Karachi

We are looking for a fresh graduate with a strong command over Excel and PowerPoint to join us as a Business Planning Executive. In this role, you will work directly with the CEO and support business planning, reporting, and strategy development activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the CEO in preparing business plans, reports, and presentations.
• Work on data collection, analysis, and reporting using Excel.
• Create professional and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings.
• Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
• Support tracking of business performance, KPIs, and strategic projects.
• Coordinate with different departments to gather necessary data and insights.
• Take meeting notes, prepare summaries, and follow up on action points.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Be open to learning and taking on new challenges as assigned by the CEO.

Salary Range: 40-50K

Office Location: Khy - Bukhari - DHA, Karachi
