The Position
Business Process Analysts apply an in-depth knowledge of the agency's program areas to define and implement a solution to a given problem that requires an individually tailored response for end-user requirements.
The Division of Social Services is currently recruiting for a vacancy in our Project Management Team in the PMO Office. The Incumbent will test systems software; develop systems training materials; participate in systems requirements sessions; and analyze the design of data systems, interfaces, and enhancements for adherence to standards and efficiency in design. Professional experience analyzing and interpreting program laws, regulations, policies, and procedures for TANF, SNAP, Medicaid, Child Care, and Child Support programs, which included experience applying recognized data processing concepts to business process planning and analysis. The division encourages job training and skills advancement and as a benefit offers paid training opportunities to all IT staff. To Qualify:
In order to be qualified, you must meet the following requirements:
Education and Experience (Minimum Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, public administration, management information systems, or other disciplines related to the assignment and one year of professional experience analyzing and interpreting program laws, regulations, policies and procedures, which included experience applying recognized data processing concepts to business process planning and analyses; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience as described above.

Special Requirements

A pre-employment criminal history check and fingerprinting are required. Persons offered employment in this position will be required to pay for fingerprinting.

A valid driver's license or evidence of equivalent mobility is required at the time of appointment and as a condition of continued employment.
