Summary: As a Business Process Designer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where your primary focus will be on analyzing, developing, and enhancing workflows. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to identify inefficiencies in existing processes, proposing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the workflows are optimized for maximum effectiveness. You will work closely with business users to define detailed product requirements and use cases, while also designing mechanisms for continuous monitoring and feedback collection to refine processes over time. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop process maps and documentation to illustrate workflows and improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Interface Development. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. - Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch or Figma. - Ability to conduct usability testing and gather user feedback. - Familiarity with front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in User Interface Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
