Job Purpose

The Business Project Manager will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing project plans, and managing project execution. The person will be responsible for collaborating with all ABC subsidiaries to deliver a personalized and seamless omni-channel experience for acquisition of new customers. He/she will be involved in the development of a lead management system covering omni-channel D2C platform such as mobile apps, website, virtual engagement managers and on ground sales team. He/she will work closely with a team of professionals to manage our lead pipeline and improve our customer acquisition process. An ideal candidate should have experience in both Business Analysis and Project Management, with a focus on CRM (customer relationship management system) or LMS (Lead Management systems

Job Context & Major Challenges

Job Context: ABC Digital has been incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of Aditya Birla Capital in 2023 to engage in distribution of Aditya Birla Capital products and providing services to customers, including web-based services, e-commerce, and payments facilities and allied activities.

ABC Digital is developing an omni-channel based D2C platform (website and app) to acquire new customers and serve them seamlessly. In addition, ABC Digital has started a virtual engagement management through inbound and outbound calling. Also, ABC Digital is engaged in cross-selling different ABC products to walk-in branch customers

ABC Digital is collaborating with all ABCL subsidiaries to deliver a truly personalized and seamless omni-channel experience for both new and existing customers by building capacity and enhancing productivity through investments in talent, technology, marketing, and data and analytics.

Enabling skill sets & qualifications: -

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field..

2-5 years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management, preferably in BFSI domain.

Experience with CRM and LMS systems

Strong analytical & problem solving skills - ability to analyze complex data sets and draw conclusions and provide solutions.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Key challenges for the role:-

Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations in tight deadlines.

Gaining knowledge of company sales process and lead fulfilment process across all entities.
