Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently achieve monthly GP targets by converting leads, reactivating inactive partners, and driving sales growth.
  • Manage a portfolio of channel partners, providing tailored advice on optimal business setups.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring partner satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM systems for effective pipeline management and opportunity tracking.
  • Support partners with license applications, ensuring timely documentation and clear communication of the process.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the UAE business setup market to build credibility with partners and clients.
  • Build and nurture relationships with referral sources and channel partners to drive loyalty and performance.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partner queries, escalations, and support needs.
  • Provide guidance, training, and updates to partners on products, services, and policies.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new partners by ensuring all agreements, documentation, and profiles are completed accurately.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, applications, and transactions for reporting and compliance.
