Job Purpose:

Establish, maintain, and develop the company’s presence in the corporate sector to generate new business. Ensure portfolio growth & retention through selling Mobile data, Business & Enterprise Solutions & GSM business in the region
Job Responsibilities:
-
Sales Management Responsible for selling Fixed broadband products (Internet, Voice, DPLC, IPLCs), Cloud computing, DICT, and M2M/IoT Solutions to B2B and B2G segments

Work closely with the technical teams to devise technical solutions as per client expectations and requirements
-
Seeking new business ventures; identifying competitive edge and developing customized solutions for the Corporate Sector.

Coordination with regional & HQ teams for proposals, contracts, business cases & customer complaints
-
Responsible for providing monthly invoices to the tagged portfolio & billing collection management
-
Timely identification of problems and duly managing customer service establishments that leads to new referrals
-
Revenue assurance as per management assigned targets Ensure smooth customer handling and customer experience management
Education
:
-
In principle must have a minimum of Bachelors Degree
Work Experience:

Relevant Experience of 3 to 4 years

Skills – Job Specific:

Key Account Management experience in Telecom, ICT, Banking & FMCG will be preferred.

Able to compare telecom operator packages & able to show the comparative advantages to customers.

Specializing in Portfolio Management & Collection.

Good with numbers, price comparisons & ability to drive retention & new business in the Corporate market.

Good market reach & having relationships with business groups in Lahore.
