Position Overview

The Business Representative will be responsible for managing assigned client accounts, conducting meetings, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for designated client accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
• Participate in scheduled meetings to address requirements and provide updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Track account performance and prepare periodic reports.
• Identify potential opportunities for account growth.
• Address client queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all account activities.
• Meet KPIs and performance standards set by the company.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Account Management, Sales, Client Handling, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and a client-first mindset.
• Comfortable working in the night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
