We assist entrepreneurs, SMEs, and international companies with seamless UAE business setup solutions. We are seeking a professional and motivated Business Setup Consultant to join our growing team.

Role Overview

The Business Setup Consultant will guide clients through the full process of establishing their business in the UAE, including company formation, licensing, visa services, and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong communication skills, in-depth knowledge of UAE business regulations, and a target-driven mindset.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Consultation & Advisory

  • Advise clients on Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore business setup structures.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate jurisdictions and license types.
  • Conduct professional consultations and prepare tailored proposals.

Company Formation & Government Liaison

  • Handle end-to-end business setup procedures, including trade name reservation, approvals, licensing, and MOA preparation.
  • Coordinate with DED, Free Zones, Immigration, and other government authorities.
  • Assist clients with visa processing, Emirates ID, and medical appointments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of all documents.

Business Development & Sales

  • Follow up on leads, convert inquiries into successful deals, and meet monthly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Keep up to date with UAE regulations and changes in business setup procedures.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and report activity to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of UAE business setup experience (Mainland or Free Zone).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE government portals and licensing regulations.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with major Free Zone authorities (DMCC, IFZA, Meydan, RAKEZ, SPC, etc.).
  • Multilingual candidates preferred (Arabic, Hindi, Russian, French, etc.).
  • Strong industry network in the UAE.
