Business Setup Consultant – Hindi & English Speaking (Dubai)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Setup Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. If you are fluent in Arabic and English, and have proven experience in business setup, company formation, banking, real estate, Forex, or insurance sales, this is your opportunity to excel in one of the UAE’s fastest-growing industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with setting up businesses in the UAE Mainland and Free Zones
• Provide expert guidance on licensing, documentation, and visa procedures
• Promote and cross-sell banking, insurance, and related business services
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead to closing
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Currently based in Dubai with a valid own visa
• Fluent in Arabic and English (both are mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year proven sales experience (business setup experience preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
