About Us:
BizServ is a leading business setup consultancy based in Dubai, specializing in helping entrepreneurs and companies establish a strong and successful presence in the UAE. We provide expert support in setting up businesses across Dubai Mainland, Sharjah Mainland, and various UAE Free Zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
- Consult with clients to understand their business needs and recommend the appropriate business setup option (Mainland or Free Zone).
- Prepare and present tailored proposals and packages to prospective clients.
- Maintain strong knowledge of UAE business setup regulations and industry trends.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful business deals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in business setup, consulting, real estate, or similar services in the UAE.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of UAE business regulations and company formation processes is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, etc.) are a plus.
