Business Strategy Associate

We’re looking for a sharp, strategic, and execution-focused Business Strategy Associate to support our team in driving growth. This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and GTM — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to have strategic impact.

Qualifications

•3–7 years of experience in strategy, corporate development, business analysis, market research, or consulting

•Excellent research and analytical skills (market sizing, trend analysis, competitive mapping, GTM strategy)

•Strong understanding of tech and AI concepts and trends

•Strong writing and communication abilities (exec-level decks, briefs, proposals, pitch decks…)

Responsibilities

Market Intelligence & Research

•Conduct research on speech AI and adjacent technology trends, and ecosystem benchmarking

•Support creation of market sizing models, industry landscape reports, and GTM strategy

Partnership & Business Development Support

•Identify, map, and prioritize potential partners and customers

•Support drafting partnership proposals, RFP responses, and co-selling frameworks

•Help structure deals, partnership models, and joint go-to-market strategies

Strategic Enterprise Sales Enablement

•Support with account research and solution proposal with a consultative approach

•Build internal playbooks and materials to shorten long enterprise sales cycles

Strategic Planning

•Contribute to pricing strategy, new product positioning, or geographic expansion analysis

•Run competitive analyses to support leadership decisions
