P&L Management, Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy:

  • Drive top-line revenue and profitability by optimizing AI product sales, pricing models, and go-to-market execution.
  • Oversee full P&L ownership, ensuring business performance aligns with revenue targets, cost structures, and profitability goals.
  • Expand Sirius Digitech’s global sales footprint, ensuring AI product compliance with regulatory and localization standards.
  • Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies, maximizing market penetration, customer acquisition, and deal closures.
  • Track key sales performance metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, revenue impact) to optimize GTM execution and market positioning.


Business Development, Partnerships & Market Expansion:

  • Scale high-value partnerships with enterprise clients, AI technology leaders, and industry influencers.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging AI-driven market opportunities, ensuring Sirius Digitech stays ahead of industry disruptions.
  • Strengthen executive relationships by engaging C-suite leaders and strategic stakeholders to accelerate AI product adoption.
  • Align sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure AI product-market fit and seamless customer experience.
  • Leverage AI-powered CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) to optimize sales pipeline, forecasting, and deal execution.

AI Sales Performance, Compliance & Sales Governance:

  • Ensure AI sales strategies align with compliance and regulatory standards, mitigating risks across global markets.
  • Monitor AI-driven sales analytics, customer engagement, and revenue forecasting to enable data-backed decision-making.
  • Optimize sales operational efficiency through best practices in sales enablement, deal structuring, and contract negotiations.
  • Develop scalable AI-driven pricing strategies, ensuring competitive differentiation and value-based pricing models.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture, mentoring teams to achieve excellence in AI business development.

AI Thought Leadership, Industry Influence & Customer Success:

  • Represent Adani AI Labs at global AI conferences, business forums, and industry panels, driving brand credibility.
  • Lead executive-level business presentations, investor discussions, and AI commercialization strategies to drive market trust.
  • Ensure AI product adoption and retention by developing strategic customer engagement frameworks and success initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of AI advancements, market trends, and competitor strategies, refining AI sales execution and business models.
  • Oversee AI-powered customer success programs, ensuring AI solutions deliver measurable business value and long-term impact.

* Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification:

  • MBA from a premier institution, with a focus on Business Strategy, Sales Leadership, or AI-driven industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or Business Analytics (preferred).
  • Certification:
  • (Preferred but Not Mandatory)
  • Sales Leadership, AI Strategy, or Digital Business Transformation Certifications.
  • PMP, Six Sigma, or Sales Enablement certifications.
  • Work Experience (Range of years):
  • 10-15 years in AI-driven sales, P&L management, and business strategy roles.
