The Role:


This is a part-time role (20–24 hours per week) , ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on structure, and values flexibility within school-friendly hours.


The role covers a broad remit across office administration, HR coordination, finance support, and visa and licensing compliance through TECOM/AXS.


Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee daily office operations, vendor management, and asset tracking
  • Maintain company documentation and ensure a professional workspace environment
  • Support HR processes including onboarding, record-keeping, and training administration
  • Manage petty cash, supplier payments, and finance documentation in coordination with the UK finance team
  • Handle visa, licence, and Emirates ID renewals through TECOM/AXS
  • Support recruitment logistics and occasional team events


Requirements


  • 2–5 years’ experience in a business or office support role within the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and general digital organisation tools
  • Proven familiarity with TECOM/AXS and UAE visa procedures
  • Sound understanding of HR and basic finance administration
  • Excellent attention to detail, discretion, and reliability


Details


  • 20–24 hours per week, flexible across 4–5 days
  • AED 10,000–12,000 per month (pro-rata, depending on experience)
