Position: Business Support & Operations Specialist

Location: Shahrah-e-faisal (Karachi)

Job type: Regular (HRSG renewable annual contract)

Responsibilities,

- Building and maintain professional relationships, effectively communicate with Customers/Partners as well as internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Service Providers, Sales Team) and to continuously update and keep informed of key data in present CRM System.

- To safeguard the fulfilment of customer, deliver requirements, whilst selecting the most cost-effective supply option, by continuous follow-up of schedules, delivery pattern, supply and shipments, service deliveries, logistic cost etc.

- Following and safeguard Export Control Policies, Instructions and procedures within the Customer Service area of responsibility; to identify Export Control risks and exposers and actively prevent them from happening, and to report non-compliance in regard to Export Control according to the reporting chain.

Qualifications & Requirement,

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Business administration, IT or equivalent with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience on the said position.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Good working knowledge in sales and commercial practices.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
