Requirement:
- Elicit business requirements for project initiatives from various
stakeholder teams using Agile methodology (write features and stories)
- Trouble shoot reported issues in the Dispatch and Work Order
Management streams
- Prioritize investigations with vendor teams
- Effectively identify all areas of impact to Dispatch and Work Order
Management systems for new initiatives
- Partner with vendors/Business to prime and resolve defects and ensure
alignment
- Implement/co-ordinate mitigations where required
- Contribute to the team’s repository of “How to” documents
Skill
1. High aptitude for understanding information systems technology and
the ability to understand JSON/XML, etc.
Strong understanding of system integration, basic coding practices
Experience using databases/database technology (SQL)
2. Understanding of modeling concepts (JSON, XML, ERD, etc.)
workflow/dataflow diagrams.
Familiarity with various software development lifecycles (Agile,
Waterfall, etc.)
Imitative to solve problems/find answers with minimal
supervision/direction
3. Experience debugging/triaging software defects and issues
Ability to test system requirements manually or systematically
(following step by step procedures and/or using software such as Postman
or SoapUI)
Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of any of the following Bell IT Systems will be an asset:
ODM, TMForum, Service Now - specifically Field services module (FSM),
etc.
- Knowledge of Bell’s Residential/Business services/products an asset
- Familiar with Confluence; JIRA
- Software development experience in any modern language (JAVA, C#, C++)
