Purpose of the Job:
- Determine client's needs and organize all aspects of domestic and international travel arrangements and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent travel services.
Job Accountabilities:
- Handle client enquiries and provide up-to-date information on flights, packages, hotels, car hire and other travel services.
- Effectively manage your workload to meet all deadlines as required, internally or client driven.
- Demonstrate proactive thinking and provide a consultative approach to all travel requests providing an end-to-end solution for all clients.
- Advise proactively on relevant passport and visa requirements and procedures for all destinations.
- Ensure that all travel enquiries are dealt with accurately and efficiently.
- Take ownership and responsibility for all client queries handled until successfully concluded.
- Ensure that valid alternatives are offered to all clients.
- Respond and perform re-issues and recalculations in accordance with clients changing needs.
- Provides prompt and accurate service processing air, hotel, and ground transportation.
Qualifications & Education
Bachelor's degree in any stream.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry.
Knowledge & Skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage.
- Computer literate.
