Job Description

Design Henge is looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Unit Head to lead the Front Sales – Social Media Marketing (SMM) Unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, developing strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful acquisition of international clients for our SMM services (including design, branding, and website sales). This leadership role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, strong business acumen, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership & Strategy:
  • Lead and manage the front sales team focused on SMM services.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in international markets.
  • Set monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure the team achieves or exceeds them.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
  • Build strong relationships with international clients and key decision-makers.
  • Oversee lead generation, sales pitching, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Maintain a high standard of client service, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Team Management:
  • Train and mentor the sales team to optimize performance.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and provide guidance, motivation, and performance feedback.
  • Create an environment of accountability and achievement within the team.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, design, and project managers to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
  • Present regular performance reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments for expansion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in international sales, preferably in a digital marketing or SMM agency.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role managing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital branding, and online sales channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet tight targets and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
