Job Summary:

The Butcher is responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing meat and poultry products according to company standards. Ensures product quality, hygiene, and presentation while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cut, trim, and prepare meat and poultry for sale as per customer requirements.
  • Ensure proper portioning, labeling, and pricing of products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area, tools, and equipment.
  • Monitor meat quality, freshness, and expiry dates.
  • Follow food safety, HACCP, and company hygiene procedures.
  • Receive and inspect meat deliveries for quantity and quality.
  • Display meat products attractively in the chiller or counter.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer requests politely.
  • Minimize waste and ensure efficient use of materials.
  • Follow all company health and safety policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
