Key Responsibilities

  • Cut, trim, bone, and portion different types of meat and poultry as per kitchen requirements.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of all meat products to maintain freshness and quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and work areas in compliance with food safety standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in requisitioning supplies when needed.
  • Work closely with the chefs and kitchen team to meet production and catering order timelines.
  • Comply with company QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a butcher, preferably in catering, hotel, or large-scale kitchen operations.
  • Knowledge of meat cuts, trimming techniques, and food safety practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards.
  • Basic understanding of Arabic or English or Hindi preferred.
