Corporate Butler (Mumbai)
We’re looking for a polished, proactive Butler to support a busy corporate office in Mumbai. This isn’t your typical household role – you’ll be the go‑to person for executives, handling everything from schedule management to on‑site hospitality, ensuring the office runs like a well‑oiled machine.
What you’ll do:-
- Manage calendars, travel bookings, and meeting logistics for senior staff.
- Oversee office amenities (coffee, pantry, refreshments) and coordinate with housekeeping for a pristine workspace.
- Act as a discreet point of contact for visitors, delivering a high‑touch experience.
- Handle confidential paperwork, courier services, and any ad‑hoc requests with a smile.
- Liaise with vendors (catering, transport, office supplies) to keep operations seamless.
Who you are:-
- 3‑5 years of butler, concierge, or executive housekeeping experience (corporate or luxury‑hotel background).
- Excellent English communication; additional Indian language skills are a plus.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel if required.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced office environment.
What we offer
- Salary ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).
