BUYER

We are seeking an experienced FMCG Buyer to join our Hypermarket team in the UAE. The role is responsible for category planning, sourcing, supplier negotiation, pricing, and promotion management across food, non-food, and perishables. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE retail trends, supply chain operations, and vendor management to drive category sales, margin growth, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute buying strategies aligned with category goals and sales targets.
• Source and negotiate trading terms, cost prices, rebates, and supplier income to optimize profit margins.
• Manage product assortment, replenishment, pricing, and promotional campaigns to drive sales uplift.
• Analyze sales performance, inventory, and stock turns, recommending corrective actions.
• Build and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships ensuring compliance and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Marketing, and Store Operations for seamless campaign execution.
• Track category margins, supplier income, and promotion ROI to maximize profitability.
