Job Summary

Mosaic Technologies is looking for a Buyer to join our finance team. This position is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and equipment to meet the organization's operational and strategic needs. This role ensures timely procurement of quality materials at competitive prices while maintaining strong vendor relationships. The Buyer analyzes market trends and collaborates with internal teams to support strategic objectives.

Please note that this position is located in Cameron, WI. Remote work is not available for this role.

Essential Functions (including but not limited to)

• Source and procure goods and services in alignment with company requirements, quality standards, and budget constraints.
• Select the most suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, product quality, and cost-efficiency while balancing business needs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable conditions.
• Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance for reporting and audit purposes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support operational goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field, plus a minimum of three years of purchasing, inventory, supply chain, or other relevant experience
• Knowledge of supply chain principles, vendor management, and contract negotiation
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to solve problems and think analytically
• Technical proficiency in procurement systems, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
