Who We Are

Eurostock UAE is a Sharjah-based wholesale company with Italian roots supplying GCC retailers with small-to-medium branded fashion stocks at competitive prices.

What We Need

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist who can work independently, develop international supplier relationships, and secure small/medium size branded fashion stocks at competitive landed costs for our customers in the GCC aera.

Key Responsibilities

– Source branded fashion stocks globally, especially from Far Eastern and European markets.

– Negotiate small and medium stock sizes at competitive landed costs.

– Build and maintain a trusted supplier network.

– Verify authenticity and quality of goods.

– Coordinate logistics and import documentation (FOB/CIF, shipments, COO, packing lists).

– Operate independently and report directly to management.

Requirements

– Proven experience in fashion stock sourcing and B2B wholesale.

– Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

– Fluent English (mandatory).

– Additional languages (Bangla, Hindi, Urdu, Mandarin, or European languages) are a plus.

– Understanding of international logistics and import processes.

– Proactive, reliable, independent, and margin-driven.

Performance and Compensation

– Competitive salary with commission-based incentives linked to target achievement.

– Performance will be evaluated using KPIs, which will be discussed during the interview.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
