Position Purpose
Provide administrative support to Buyers and facilitate delivery of the business and required products.
Job Description

Support the delivery of the category plan to facilitate commercial objectives and achieve financial performance targets.

Maintain the Management Information Systems of the Buying Department to ensure that the operational needs of the team are met.

Provide and maintain Management Information to assist in the delivery of category annual financial targets.

Prepare, maintain and take ownership of the promotional brief to monthly deadlines.

Build and maintain collaborative relationships with suppliers to assist in the day to day running of the category teams.

Take ownership of consumer and branch enquiries, received in writing or over the telephone, to ensure high levels of customer service.

Analyse data and make range and price recommendations during category range reviews.
Experience and Qualification
-
MBA / BBA preferably in Finance or Supply Chain.

02 to 03 years of relevant experience.
Specific Requirements

Fluent in spoken English.

High attention to detail.

Proficient in MS Office.

Working across multiple functional areas.

Knowledge of numerous Financial processes.

Adapting to changing technologies and processes within the business.

Comfortable to work from 12 p.m to 9 p.m.
