Job Requirements:-

Monitor stock levels to avoid overstock and stockouts.

Approve purchase orders and ensure timely replenishment of best sellers.

Review weekly sales reports and take action on slow-moving items

Support the manager for payment terms, minimum order quantities, and lead times.

Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with company standards and ethical sourcing policies.

Analyze past sales, trends, and stock performance

Prepare and follow up on purchase orders.

Coordinate sample requests, approvals
-
Track order status with suppliers and ensure timelines are met.
-
Follow up on production status, shipment dates, and delays.

Support the manager in negotiating better prices and terms

Assist in creating product lists, SKU details

Ensure product information, barcodes, images, and descriptions are accurate.

Help prepare range plans and seasonal product presentations.

Coordinate shipment documents packing list, invoices,..

Visit stores to review product displays and stock performance.

Report store feedback regarding product quality and customer comments.

Job Qualifications:-

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in same position, preferably in the retail industry.

Strong proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
.

Previous experience with ERP systems such as
Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle
.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command of English language (Writing, Speaking & Understanding)

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
