CA Finance Lead

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced CA Finance Lead to manage the financial operations of our growing organization. The ideal candidate will oversee budgeting, reporting, forecasting, audits, and ensure full compliance with statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end financial operations including budgeting, MIS, reporting, and forecasting
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other statutory regulations
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions
• Strengthen internal controls and implement process improvements
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to management
• Lead and support the accounts team for timely closure of books

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
• 2–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
• Strong knowledge of taxation, auditing, and financial regulations
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel
• Strong communication and leadership abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
