CA Licensed Attorney (Hybrid) | 3+ Yrs Exp Req

Zimmerman Reed is seeking a highly motivated litigation attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our Los Angeles office and contribute to our nationally recognized complex litigation practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge matters with a collaborative team dedicated to advocacy, innovation, and achieving meaningful results for clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in complex litigation and the maturity, judgment, and organization needed to manage a sophisticated, high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience, along with a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications for this role:

• 3+ years of experience as a litigation associate, preferably in complex or high-stakes matters
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and build strong professional relationships
• Exceptional research and brief-writing skills, with experience managing written discovery
• Comfortable overseeing case progress, interacting with clients and co-counsel, taking and defending depositions, appearing in court, and preparing filings
• Experience in all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and strategic case development
• Ability to work closely with partners and fellow attorneys on multifaceted, high-impact cases
• Professionalism and confidence in conducting depositions, hearings, and client meetings
