Cabinetry Short Form Social Media Content Creator/Sales

Pacific Building Supply, a premier Houston-based manufacturer of commercial casework and residential cabinetry (Eva European Frameless Cabinets), is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Associate & Content Coordinator.

This is a unique hybrid role for an ambitious individual looking to build a career in the construction and design industry. You will divide your time between generating sales in our showroom and visiting active job sites to document our projects for digital marketing.

This position offers an hourly base salary with an aggressive, uncapped commission structure on all closed sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Field Marketing (40%)

• Site Visits: Travel to active construction sites (commercial hotels, multi-family units, and residential homes) across the Greater Houston area to monitor project progress.
• Video Production: Capture high-quality "Before and After" footage, installation processes, and final walk-throughs.
• Social Media Management: Edit and produce professional vertical video content (Reels/Shorts) that highlights our manufacturing capabilities and product quality for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Portfolio Building: Organize project photos and videos to create digital portfolios for the sales team to use during client presentations.

2. Sales & Account Management (60%)

• Client Consultation: Assist walk-in clients and contractors in the showroom, guiding them through material selections (finishes, hardware, styles).
• Lead Generation: Respond to digital inquiries and social media leads, converting online interest into showroom appointments.
• Project Coordination: Assist with measurements and communicate effectively with the manufacturing floor to ensure order accuracy.
• Business Development: Over time, you will manage your own sales pipeline, building relationships with builders and remodelers to generate recurring revenue.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1+ years in Sales, Customer Service, or Digital Marketing preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in mobile video editing (CapCut, Rush, etc.) and a strong understanding of social media trends.
• Transportation: A valid Texas Driver’s License and a reliable personal vehicle are mandatory for daily travel to job sites.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to walk through active construction zones (uneven terrain) and occasionally lift cabinet samples/materials.
• Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
