We are hiring for CAD Architect position for one of our esteemed client in Architecture industry for SG Highway location.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled CAD Architect with hands-on experience in international AEC projects, particularly for the US, UK, and Australian markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality architectural drawings, construction documentation, and 3D models in compliance with global standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents &

Shop Drawings using AutoCAD.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers across different time zones.

• Ensure accuracy, detailing, and consistency in drawings as per US, UK, and AUS building

codes.

• Support design development and coordinate with MEP and structural teams.

• Manage revisions, markups, and maintain CAD standards for all deliverables.

Skills :

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture or related discipline.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp (BIM knowledge preferred).

• Prior experience with AEC outsourcing firms or international architecture studios.

• Understanding of building codes, layers, and documentation standards for US, UK, and AUS markets.

• Strong technical drafting skills and experience with project coordination are essential.

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
