CAD Designer

· Proficiency with Creo (5.0) and AutoCAD 2017

· Knowledge and understanding of 3D CAD including modeling and drafting

· Knowledge of best practices in sheet metal industry

· Ability to come up with creative design solutions focusing on ease of manufacturability and assembly

· Ability to meet deadlines

· Strong communication skills

· Ability to collaborate and work with others to solve problems

· Create 2D electrical and civil drawings/layouts under supervision of lead engineer

· Work with engineering and manufacturing team to investigate and resolve problems with existing designs

· Create and update database of design records

· Participate in engineering and manufacturing design reviews to evaluate design concepts and make recommendations

Education:

DAE or diploma (Electrical/Mechanical)/certification in Creo 2017

1-2 years
