Job Title: CAD Engineer

About the Role-

We’re on the lookout for a motivated Trainee Engineer – CAD to join our team. You’ll be working on 2D structural and fabrication drawings for Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) using CAD software. Whether you’re a fresher with solid CAD training or someone with 1–2 years of drafting experience, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do-

• Prepare shop drawings, erection drawings and general arrangement drawings using CAD
• Work closely with senior engineers and detailers to understand project needs and standards
• Support the team in preparing Bills of Material (BOM) for structural components
• Make sure drawings are accurate and meet quality specifications
• Coordinate with team members to keep project timelines on track
• Keep learning and stay updated with PEB detailing best practices and CAD tools

What You Should Bring-

• Good working knowledge of CAD (AutoCAD or similar) and a strong interest in learning advanced tools
• Basic understanding of structural engineering concepts
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills with a proactive mindset
• Willingness to learn industry standards and codes
• Basic Excel skills for data handling and simple calculations

Your Background-

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• 1–2 years of CAD drafting experience, ideally in PEB or structural steel
• Fresher's with strong CAD skills and relevant training are also welcome
• Basic understanding of steel structures and construction drawings
