CAD Technician (Interior Fit out experience is must)

Our interior design fit-out company is seeking an experienced Draughtsman to join our team. The Draughtsman will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans for commercial and residential buildings. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in design and drafting, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed drawings and plans.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Ensure that all designs and plans comply with local codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Analyze project specifications and requirements to develop accurate drawings and plans.
• Review and modify existing designs and plans as required.
• Create 3D models and renderings to assist in the design process.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as an draughtsman, in the interior design fit-out industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit
• Familiarity with local codes and regulations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus.
